AAPilots/Jetnet Single Sign-On
Last May, we attempted single sign-on with Jetnet. Due to technical
difficulties, we had to reverse that decision. Those issues have been
resolved and on Nov 1, AAPilots will move to a single sign-on with Jetnet.
Access to AAPilots will be through the Jetnet homepage, and sign-in will be
your employee number and Jetnet password. This will sign you in to both
AAPilots and Jetnet allowing you to move easily between the sites.
Internet Explorer users will need to make a minor change to their browser to
access AAPilots. Instructions will be available from the AAPilots landing
page or in the article currently available in the AAPilots News section. If
you have any problems with your Jetnet password, go to *Login Help* on the
Jetnet sign-in page or the Help Desk at 866-538-6384. Send an email to
AAPilots@aa.com for any
non-password related issues. More details are available on the
AAPilots homepage.
Implementation of System Access Manager – Requires Jetnet Password
Change
AMR
launches identity management tool
AMR is implementing a
new Web-based tool, called System Access Manager. This new system will
help simplify various processes for AMR’s employees while also providing
everyone with Jetnet access a better user experience and enhanced
security. Upon implementation, the biggest change you will encounter is
the requirement to change your Jetnet password every 90 days. When you
log into Jetnet you will automatically be directed to System Access
Manager. There you will receive instructions on how to change your
password. If you are unable to log in, click the “login help” link and
use the “chat with an agent” feature for assistance. If you need
further assistance, send an email to the Identity Management Team at
Identity.Management@aa.com.
